Baking for Breakfast

Bank Holidays means time to bake for breakfast! I didn't really plan ahead what I was making so it's a minor miracle it turned out edible. The photo below makes it look a little burnt actually but I promise it wasn't...

But the newly named apricot breakfast loaf (eg. loaf sponge made with homemade sponge and an apricot jam glaze), was delicious. 

In fact, the only complaint was it was there wasn't enough of it to eat!
